The June AM Connection will feature Kim Lindquist, Economic Development Director for the City of Rosemount. Kim will review the latest sign ordinance initiative. In addition, Wally Johnson, Stonebridge Development & Acquisition LLC proposed a mixed-use project running the length of the block along South Robert in January 2007. In April, responding to a request by the Port Authority to look for alternate designs, the developer provided a concept that would be built on the northern portion of the block, leaving three commercial establishments on the south end. The Port Authority is now focusing on the April design. Mr. Johnson will review the concepts and answer questions.
The AM Connection is presented by the Rosemount Area Business Council and is held on the second Tuesday of the month. The event travels from business to business for its location. Each event includes a speaker and networking time. Rosemount businesses are the primary host and sponsors of this monthly event. Sponsored by: AAA Minnesota/Iowa.
