Breakfast Keynote - Samuel J. Levy, EdD, Vice President and CIO, University of St. Thomas
Sam Levy joined the University of St. Thomas community in August 2001. He was previously executive director the University of Maine System’s statewide network for computing, telecommunications, and distance learning, and was director of The Institute for Learning and Technology at Northern Arizona University. Dr. Levy has served on numerous boards , published and consulted in the field, and worked in higher education for more than 30 years.
