• Target young professionals, ages 21-39, in the entire Twin Cities metro area with opportunities to enhance their lives
• Create unique networking opportunities
• Provide educational and professional development opportunities
• Build public policy awareness
• Create and cultivate future leaders
• Enrich the Saint Paul/East Metro area by fostering economic development
• Retain young professionals in the Saint Paul East Metro area
