The Foundation supports its mission of “preparing tomorrow’s employees” is supported through our Partners in Commerce and Education, which examines the most pressing issues and needs surrounding workforce development and educational reform.

The Foundation supports its mission of “growing strong leaders” through its Leadership Institute. The Leadership Institute is the umbrella for all adult leadership programs in the Foundation and promotes an entrepreneurial approach with its programming.

Among the fee-based programs included in the Leadership Institute is our flagship program, Leadership Saint Paul™ and its newest program Applied Leadership designed to help individuals develop the attitudes, skills and qualities necessary for personal and organizational leadership. The learning will be immediately useful to you.
