Noel Nix strives to build strong neighborhood economies, while preserving and promoting Saint Paul’s unique history and culture.
As aide to Ramsey County Commissioner Toni Carter, Noel is committed to fostering and creating neighborhoods in which everyone is welcome and has an opportunity to proposer.
