Participants had the opportunity to tour Saint Paul. They were guided by Bob Butterbrodt, Outreach Director, Government and Community Relations, Wells Fargo. The rich history of Saint Paul was highlighted on the tour as well as many Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce members. Total Luxury Limousine set us up in style and we made it through the blustery snow!
We had an overwhelming amount of proposals sent in for service projects this year from non-profits and added an additional project. Service project nonprofits selected are: American Red Cross, The Arc Greater Twin Cities, Bolder Options, Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis, The Junior League of St. Paul, Karen Organization of Minnesota, Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Upper Midwest, Saint Paul Public Schools Foundation, and TechDump. Community service projects are an opportunity for participants to apply what they are learning and gain experiential knowledge in community stewardship.
Thank you to The St. Paul Grill for hosting our evening dinner. We are looking forward to another successful Leadership Saint Paul!
