Following a merger with the Suburban Chamber of
Commerce in 2001, the Saint Paul Area Chamber of
Commerce added 11
new impressive business communities to its primary
marketplace. In addition to Saint Paul, they

But the Chamber's advocacy and influence extend
beyond its primary marketplace. The Chamber strives
to be the leading business advocate for the entire
Saint Paul/East Metro area.
Business size and location
Nearly
90 percent of Chamber members are small
businesses (100 or less employees). Fifty-five (55)
percent of the nearly 2,200 members are Saint
Paul-based businesses and 85 percent are located in
the three county Saint Paul/East Metro area.
