Director Libersky serves as the senior representative in Minnesota for the Small Business Administration, whose programs include facilitating loans to small businesses through commercial banks, advocating federal government contracting opportunities for small businesses, and working with local communities in all 87 Minnesota
counties on entrepreneurial development and growth opportunities.
Dr. Vang is a professor and department chair at the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business. He holds a PhD in economics from Iowa State University and his research specialties include the U.S. economy, business valuation, entrepreneurship, and family business.
Dr. Stinson is a professor at the University of Minnesota as well as Minnesota’s State Economist. He holds a PhD from the University of Minnesota and his current research includes evaluations of alternative strategies for non-metropolitan development and estimates of the impact of taxes on individual decisions.
