Biography about our Author

Olivia Downing

Olivia Downing has over 15 years of experience working with organizations and individuals to support them to work and live to their fullest potential. She is a Registered Australian Psychologist and a Certified Professional Coach offering mindfulness-based coaching. In addition, to working in a national role with organizations as a Human Resources Consultant with an international consulting firm. Through her clinical work she discovered Mindfulness- Based Therapy, and over the past 4 years has worked to apply this knowledge to her work in a business setting through her organization Liv Mindfully Group L.L.C. as a counselor, consultant and workshoLockridge Grindal Nauen P.L.L.P.p facilitator.

From Saint Paul, Minneapolis, or the West: Take 94 East to Inwood Ave/Radio Dr. Turn Left at top of exit. Turn Left at 4th street (stoplight). Go through stop sign that is Helmo, and take the next left turn onto Hudson Blvd (also Hayward). This is at the corner where you will see Country Hearth. Saint Mary’s University is on the left at 7200 Hudson Blvd. Enter the building and go upstairs to suite 200.

From Wisconsin or the East: Take 94 West to Inwood Ave/Radio Drive. Turn Right at the top of the exit. Turn Left at 4th street (stoplight). Take the 1st right onto Hadley Ave N/Hudson Blvd N. 7200 Hudson Blvd will be on the left. Enter the building and go upstairs to suite 200.

From the South: Take I-494 East. Continue onto I-694 West. Take exit 57 for 10th St N toward Washington County 10. Turn right at 10th St N. Take the 2nd right onto Helmo Ave N.
