Formed in 1976, the Foundation has been a quiet but important vehicle - its funds driving valued programs such as Leadership Saint Paul and Preparing Workforce Initiative.

But the Foundation will be quiet no longer. Critical challenges in the workforce and leadership development, special diversity initiatives, future employee education, housing, transportation plus international trade - make a targeted source of funding imperative.

Unlike most other foundations, the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce Charitable Foundation invites business leaders to participate - no matter what the gift level. It also offers ways for you to become involved in the programs those dollars support.

Charitable Foundation's Giving Guidelines:

Guideline 1: increase the quality and quantity of leaders available for tomorrow's business.
Guideline 2: advance the business and job growth in our geographical area.
Guideline 3: augment the quality and skills of today's available workforce.
