Officials’ Luncheon
These luncheons
provide a forum for you to ask questions of your
public officials. Invited officials include: city
council members from across the Saint Paul/East
Metro area, mayors, state legislators,
Ramsey County commissioners, and federal leaders.

Sponsorship
Public
Officials’ luncheons are your opportunity to have an
open dialogue with elected officials in your
community. A typical Public Officials’ Luncheon has
an audience size of 30-40. In return for a $375
sponsorship fee, Public Officials’ sponsors will
gain recognition and exposure for educating our
members on key events and issues in the following
ways: sponsors name will be listed on any marketing
material (emails, flyers, faxes, monthly
newsletter), two guests may attend at no charge,
opportunity to set - up a display booth or put
brochures or any promotional items on each of the
guest’s tables and sponsor will be recognized during
the program.
