Think worksite wellness is tough? Think again! The city of Green Bay recently introduced a policy giving employees flex time to train for the inaugural Bellin Women’s Half Marathon. This policy includes weekly training runs on Wednesday mornings at 6 a.m. On those days they can start the workday as late as 10 a.m., as long as they adjust their schedule accordingly.
