Finally, Ramsey County will set its maximum levy to be increased by almost 3% in 2017. That same median value home will see its county property taxes increase by about $15 in 2017.
All told, the owner of a house worth $160,000 in Saint Paul will pay about $99 more in taxes in 2017 than 2016.
